Wholegrain oat flakes, rapeseed oil, hazelnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed, desiccated coconut, date syrup, black treacle, almond extract, ground cinnamon, sugar, salt.

Comparison:

Both have oats as their main ingredient. There's a greater variety of ingredients in the Orallbar, which includes nuts and seeds. The Orallbar also includes natural flavourings, adding to the taste.
